Please do not send a blank email, a please and/or thank you can go a long way. I have been doing password protect since Feburary 2004, since finding the tutorials copied and imitated. I did it to have some comfort in knowing who was accessing the tutorials. I have never refused anyone the password, even the blank emails, and usually respond quickly.
